Payment must be received before physical products will ship or any access to digital products will be granted. Physical product shipping is provided to the regions and via the shipping service we find to be practicable for our business. Should shipping of your product prove infeasible for any reason, we reserve the right to offer a full refund and cancel your transaction. Refunds for received product will generally not be offered, but replacements for damaged product may be provided in some instances. If a return of product is required prior to replacement, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Digital products are provided in the format(s) noted on the specific product pages. Due to the variety of electronic devices available, we are not able to offer technical support for viewing or using your digital product after it has been downloaded from our site; please ensure your ability to use the format on your chosen device prior to purchase. All sales of digital products are final.
